Prerequisites & Requirements

For all of our Level I courses, a state or national Massage Therapy certification or nursing (RN) license is required. We recommend certified massage therapists (CMTs) have a minimum of one year MT work experience.

IInstructor approval is required for attendance of a Level II course for anyone who has not successfully completed a Level I course provided through Tague Consulting. Please schedule a brief phone interview prior to registration. Email us with your interest and a few best times to schedule a 15-minute interview.

For the supervisor training course, successful completion of Level I and Level II with certification is required. Students with over 5 years of hospital-based massage therapy experience may opt for testing only, and with successful completion, may apply for this course.
